Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Yamazaki products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original product packaging and shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit; items damaged due to poor packing may not be eligible for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location listed on your return authorization.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
